Payment & Itemshop Issues

• What is a payment limit?

Most of the payment methods are limited to a certain amount of money you can spend. Once you have reached the limit with one payment method, you will get an error message when you try to purchase more AP with it. However, you can still use another payment method to purchase AP.

Once you have reached the limit, you have to wait 30 days until you can use this payment method again.

• What are time-limited items?

This only concerns the following item categories: Headgears, headmounts, dresses, accessories

Most of these items are unlimited which means they won't disappear once you have bought them. However, we are offering time-limited versions for some items which are cheaper than unlimited items. For example, an item which is called "30D Robe" in the Itemshop will remain in your inventory for 30 days in real-time. Afterwards, it will disappear.

In the game, you can recognize time-limited items by the small clock at the lower left corner of the item's icon.

The time of a time-limited item starts to run when you have collected it from your cash items tab or from the mail system in the game.

Game-related Questions

• How do I take screenshots and where can I find them?

You can take screenshots by pressing the "Print Sc" button on your keyboard. Click here to access Wikipedia's page displaying a keyboard to see where the button is located in case you don't immediately find it.

The screenshots will automatically be saved in the folder where you have installed Florensia. The path should look like this or similar if you have not entered a custom path during the installation:

• My armor should add +5% to my HP, but it adds less than 5%!

Percentages, for example +5% HP, +10% HP recovery, +4% melee crit rate are always calculated based on the basic values and stats of your character.

For example, if your unequipped character has 1000 HP, he will get +100 HP from an item which grants +10% HP

So your character now has 1100 HP. If you equip him now with another item that grants +10% HP, he will get +100 HP and he will have in total 1200 HP, as the 10% are calculated for the basic HP value which was 1000 HP.

• What happens when I change the gender of my character?

You can change the gender of your character by using an item called Sex Change Potion. Please note that you cannot edit your character's looks when you change the gender! Hairstyle and facial features will automatically be transferred to the complements of the other gender.

It is planned to add a feature which will allow you to change your character's looks in the future.
