We would like to respond to your questions regarding the Florensia birthday contest. This news post will be extended with all further questions and comments.


Q: What kind of music may I use for my Florensia video?

A: You may not use any music protected by licenses and / or copyrights (see Wikipedia). We recommend you to use the original Florensia music which you can find in the following folder: (...)\Netts\Florensia\Data\Sound.

You can also use music you have composed yourself or music that is not protected by any license or copyright. Videos using protected music will not be accepted for the contest.

Q: What happens to my fan art picture, do I still hold the intellectual property?

A: Yes, all your submitted fan art remains "50%" your intellectual property. The other "50%" are held by NETTS who own the rights for the game Florensia and its contents.

We will not use your fan art anywhere else than on deviantART and maybe in a gallery on our website. The only exception would be a press release which could include one or two fan art samples. In that case, the author(s) of the picture(s) will either be named or even added to the picture(s) as watermark.
